A womens committee can provide support, assist in finding resources, funnel scholarships and finacial support for professional and vocational opportunities, basic home care and health clinics. The committee can start in one place, create the narrative for each program idea. And then duplicate its basic structure and programs in new locales depending on local needs. The organizing committee would maintain central files and organization, helping local committees to start up. Provide a central communications publication and fund raise and document funds spent.
